Key Responsibilities Oversee daily workforce management, including staffing, queue assignments, and payroll Manage compliance with regulatory timelines and coordinate with internal teams for escalations Support onboarding and training of clinicians and collaborate on clinical quality initiatives Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of hire Associate Degree and/or Bachelor's of Nursing from an accredited nursing school 5+ years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in an acute care setting 3+ years of clinical quality or case management experience in a managed care setting 1+ years of leadership or mentorship experience
