Research Agreements Manager

A company is looking for a Research Agreements Manager (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage the monitoring of subawards and modifications under federal grants and contracts Develop, draft, negotiate, and execute various types of agreements, including technology transfer and professional services agreements Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage agreement workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related research administration or legal experience Familiarity with software solutions for automated agreement workflows Experience with DCAA and DCMA audits preferred Knowledge of OMB Regulations, DoDGARs, FAR, and DFARS Experience managing various types of contracts and understanding government regulations
