Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the lifecycle communications strategy, focusing on email and SMS to engage and retain customers
Collaborate with the growth team and internal departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and share insights with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Lifecycle/Retention marketing, preferably in subscription-based e-commerce or DTC
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms for creating automated customer journeys
Proven track record in developing campaigns that enhance customer retention and loyalty
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and experience with audience segmentation and personalization
Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
