Federal Workforce Policy Manager
A company is looking for a Federal Policy Senior Manager, Workforce Policy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive policy advocacy and thought-leadership campaigns focused on workforce development
Lead strategies for direct engagement with U.S. policymakers and build coalitions
Identify and analyze legislative and regulatory proposals impacting workforce development
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a congressional office, executive branch, or policy function
5+ years of experience in policy development and engaging with legislators
Experience with the House Education and Workforce Committee and Senate HELP Committee
Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory policy issues related to workforce development
Familiarity with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and labor market data processes
