Key Responsibilities
Hire, lead, and develop a successful team of full-cycle Account Executives
Assess sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to determine sales progress and areas for improvement
Coach Account Executives in key sales skills, including forecasting, prospecting, and deal negotiations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of prior sales leadership experience managing sales teams within software, ideally SaaS
4+ years of progressive B2B experience in a quota-carrying role
Proven ability to create and lead high-performing teams
Goal-oriented spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment
