Senior Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the design and administration of compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead research and analytical efforts related to salary administration and market comparisons
Develop and present proposals for pay adjustments and oversee compensation-related actions
Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance understanding and communication around compensation programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline
5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
Prefer CCP certification or actively working to attain it
Professional training and experience with Workday HCM Advanced Compensation
Prefer PHR, SHRM-CP, and/or SHRM-SCP certification or actively working to attain it
