Senior Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and improvement of compensation processes, including job evaluation and market pricing
Participate in incentive plan design and administration, and integrate newly acquired organizations
Provide analytical and reporting support for compensation activities and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
At least 4 years of compensation experience
Extensive knowledge of human resource laws and financial principles
Experience with job evaluation, salary survey practices, and incentive plan design
Experience using Workday is a plus
