Senior Compensation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage executive and equity compensation programs
Prepare high-quality materials for Compensation Committees and Boards of Directors
Conduct benchmarking studies and competitive analyses for executive pay and incentives
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Executive Compensation with a focus on public companies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
Deep knowledge of public company executive pay structures and SEC regulations
Exceptional MS Excel skills and ability to synthesize complex data
Proficient in MS Office Suite with experience in producing Board-ready materials
