Senior Help Desk Technician
A company is looking for a Senior Help Desk Technician/IT Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Inventory Team for remote order fulfillment and endpoint deployment activities
Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA targets, quality standards, and productivity goals
Provide virtual support for deployment activities and maintain IT asset management systems
Required Qualifications
Over two years of experience in customer support and inventory management
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as Maximo and CA Service Desk
Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 environments
An associate's degree in a relevant field
Strong technical background in infrastructure and deployment environments
