A company is looking for a Wireless Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and support of wireless network solutions. Key Responsibilities Oversee wireless service integration tasks, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with customer management Manage projects with in-house staff and contractors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of deliverables Analyze customer requirements for network services and develop technical strategies and presentations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in engineering wireless solutions In-depth knowledge of radio frequency (RF) theory, wave propagation, and antenna fundamentals Experience with Cisco wireless LANs, including configuration and deployment of access points and controllers Hands-on experience with RF planning tools and spectrum analysis for network optimization Familiarity with wireless security standards and protocols, including PEAP, RADIUS, and 802.1X/802.11i
