A company is looking for a Senior Manager IT - Software Engineering to oversee software delivery for their Online Banking platform. Key Responsibilities Mentor and coach a team of software engineers and quality assurance engineers on best practices and system design principles Champion application development security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards Lead project planning and execution through agile methodologies, fostering collaboration with stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or engineering, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience Proven experience in managing teams of at least 8 to 12 resources Strong understanding of software delivery management, including analysis, design, and implementation of technology architectures Experience with Microservices, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps practices Familiarity with agile software development practices and project management tools
