Key Responsibilities: Create high-converting video and static user acquisition assets for ad networks Lead video and 2D creative production, including gameplay capture and editing Build and manage a network of external partners for creative output Qualifications: 4+ years of experience creating performance marketing assets for mobile games Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and gameplay capture tools; Unity capture experience is a plus Performance-first mindset with real-world examples of effective mobile UA Ability to work independently, manage briefs, and meet deadlines Bonus: Experience managing external vendors or outsourcing art pipelines
