A company is looking for a Senior Partnership Development Manager, Direct Procurement. Key Responsibilities Identify and cultivate meaningful, trust-based relationships with key external partners for long-term collaboration Serve as the main interface between the company and selected partners, guiding engagement across various workstreams Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with the company's roadmap and requirements Required Qualifications 8+ years in strategic partnerships, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in automotive or technology sectors Fluency in both Korean and English Proven success in building high-value, cross-functional external relationships Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Studies, or a related field Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus
