A company is looking for a Senior Setup & Maintenance Service Representative to join their Retirement Plan Solutions Team in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Complete onboarding processes for plans converting to the company, ensuring accurate and timely retirement implementations Review implementation notes and documents, set up retirement plans in appropriate systems, and maintain necessary updates Provide customer service to internal/external stakeholders, monitor team email, and address inquiries as required Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED 3-5+ years of client customer support and operations experience, or 0-1+ years with an associate degree plus relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of production Experience in retirement plan operations is preferred
