A company is looking for a Sr. Cloud Support Engineer. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support and escalation cases Communicate status updates regularly to customers and collaborate with various teams Develop and implement proactive plans to address customer needs and troubleshoot issues Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in supporting large enterprise customers Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and advanced network security technologies Experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux and Windows Demonstrable troubleshooting experience across networking and security technologies Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
