Senior Cloud Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Sr. Cloud Support Engineer to provide post-implementation support for their Identity as a Service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively resolve or assist in resolving customer support issues
Keep customers fully updated on the progress of their issues
Support the IdentityNow product in client environments and collaborate with various teams to solve issues
Required Qualifications:
5-7+ years of support experience
At least 2 years of experience working with a SaaS product/service
Experience with web technologies such as XML, SAML, SPML/SOAP, and HTML
Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms
Experience with databases and directories, including LDAP and AD
