Key Responsibilities
Executes talent acquisition strategies and participates in marketing and outreach activities
Offers expert guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition processes and evaluates candidate placement
Reviews and enhances talent acquisition processes to ensure optimal candidate experience and quality hiring outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
Experience recruiting for Internal Audit and corporate functions within a large financial institution
10+ years of experience recruiting at a senior level within a large financial institution
Experience crafting and negotiating complex employment offers
Familiarity with current talent acquisition tools and technologies, including CRM and applicant tracking systems
