Senior Technical Success Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Success Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct configuration audits and deliver health check readouts with recommendations for improvement
Facilitate technical workshops to align platform capabilities with enterprise system design
Serve as an escalation resource for technical issues and collaborate with support teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
6+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or technical account management for enterprise SaaS
Deep experience in either Core (Marketing, Social, Ads, Insights) or Service (Care, Contact Center) domains
Hands-on knowledge of enterprise integrations, REST APIs, and authentication protocols
Experience facilitating technical design sessions and documenting solution designs
