ServiceNow Development Team Lead
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Development Team Lead who will build and lead a technical team while designing and implementing effective ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team using Agile Scrum methodology, facilitating daily standups and sprint planning sessions
Provide mentorship and development guidance to junior team members and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions
Perform hands-on ServiceNow development, including system configuration and custom application coding, while ensuring quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing ServiceNow modules and applications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent job experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript)
Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and general knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems design
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certification in two or more application areas are required
