Spatial Data Coordinator

A company is looking for a Spatial Data Coordinator to ensure data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data for a defined portfolio or set of buildings. Key Responsibilities Utilize CAD and design software to support space, occupancy, and utilization data Maintain current drawings, generate relevant space reports, and serve as the main contact for space technology solutions Input and update CAD plans and occupancy data, and recommend process improvements for space data management Required Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, or Data Analytics preferred Zero to three years of experience in a corporate real estate environment Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications Experience in customer service and building relationships with internal and external partners Familiarity with drafting techniques and construction terminology
