Key Responsibilities Collaborate with parents and students to create individual academic plans and monitor student progress Act as a liaison for academic communication among parents, students, and teachers Support student wellness efforts and assist in implementing non-clinical crisis response plans Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with certification in school counseling 3+ years in an academic counseling role at the middle or high school level Ability to work independently in a remote setting Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new educational platforms Experience with classroom and/or online teaching is preferred
