Talent Acquisition Administrator
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support recruitment operations with a focus on calendar management and recruitment analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendar scheduling for interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain applicant tracking system records and generate recruitment reports
Assist with job postings, offer letter preparation, and support compliance with recruiting documentation
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a Coordinator or Admin position, preferably in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruiting
Proficiency with Google Suite
Excellent email and calendar management skills
Ability to handle complex details with sensitivity and confidentiality
Must be located in the Tri-State area with flexibility to be at NYC HQ as needed
