Key Responsibilities Build, train, mentor, and develop new team members Support the team in daily operations and serve as an escalation point during client interactions Engage with clients to present technology and address technical challenges during project implementation Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a team lead in Technical Consulting/Integration teams 3+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant or in a similar role with large enterprises Practical integration background with a good understanding of web architecture and integration systems Experience with Infosec, Data Privacy, and RFP processes Ability to work with code (Read/Run/Edit existing code)
