Technical Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer issues and diagnose complex technical problems
Coordinate multi-department escalations and provide insights during remote sessions
Review production performance and collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical discipline (work experience may be considered)
3-5 years of experience in a technical support role
Understanding of REST APIs and experience with logs analysis
Basic knowledge of C++, Java, and HTTP protocols
Familiarity with database architecture and operating systems
