Technical Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Designated Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to its customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive and reactive support for designated customers, prioritizing issues and developing resolution plans
Create and maintain customer-specific runbooks and knowledge articles while ensuring timely communication with customers
Drive improvement projects to enhance the efficiency of support and represent customer needs for product and security enhancements
Required Qualifications
Experience in Customer Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, or Professional Services
Hands-on experience with Search technologies, Knowledge technologies, or SaaS-based system integrations
Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure
Experience troubleshooting REST API issues and knowledge of SSO, SAML, and OAuth
Ability to document issues and contribute to the support knowledge base
