A company is looking for a Women's Health Temporary Outbound Patient Advocate (Remote). Key Responsibilities Communicate with up to 50 patients and healthcare providers daily through various channels Handle inquiries regarding products, insurance billing, and ensure timely test result delivery Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues and enhance customer service practices Required Qualifications 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology Experience with customer service applications, such as Service Cloud and Salesforce BA/BS preferred but not required Hardworking individual who enjoys teamwork and supporting others This is a 100% remote role
