Key Responsibilities Support customers with their Marketplace health insurance plans during the Open Enrollment Period Explain features and advantages of medical plans to new and existing members Conduct cost/plan analysis to identify the best products for members during their yearly review Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or GED required Resident Health and Life Insurance Licenses in hand with CE completed Charismatic and persuasive sales skills with the ability to build relationships Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems Open availability between 8am-11pm EST, 7 days a week during the season
