A company is looking for an Equal Opportunity & Title IX Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Title IX and antidiscrimination efforts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies Manage the complaint procedure, including accepting complaints and overseeing investigations Provide ongoing training and develop educational materials on nondiscrimination and sexual misconduct policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or Juris Doctorate preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in complaint resolution, higher education administration, or EEO compliance Experience in conducting Title IX or workplace investigations Strong understanding of federal and state EO laws and regulations Ability to assess legal issues and synthesize information for reporting purposes
