Training Consultant
A company is looking for a Training Consultant who will design, develop, and implement effective learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute workplace training initiatives while managing project blockers
Implement training solutions using ADDIE methodology and consult with stakeholders on training needs
Evaluate and improve training curricula, facilitate programs, and stay updated on innovative training approaches
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in leading and designing training programs
Prior experience in instructional design and adult learning theory
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and MS Office applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
