A company is looking for a Transplant Care Scheduler (Remote). Key Responsibilities Assist registered nurses with scheduling and care coordination for patients in the Transplant Evaluation Care Navigation program Document all activities and update patient medical records accordingly Communicate with patients and care partners to ensure attendance at scheduled appointments Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience 1 - 2 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in a clinical setting preferred Scheduling training required Prior remote employee experience strongly preferred Ability to operate basic office equipment and maintain a HIPAA-compliant workspace
