Trilingual Sales Recruiter
A company is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition/Sales Recruiter (Trilingual: French, Spanish, English language skills) (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 15-20 open sales roles across multiple regions
Develop and execute recruiting strategies, including candidate sourcing and assessment
Build and maintain relationships to create a strong candidate pipeline for sales positions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in corporate talent acquisition, focusing on sales roles
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience recruiting across EMEA regions is preferred
Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems in a high-volume recruiting environment
