Key Responsibilities Lead the Partner organization to drive growth with top-tier partners, including VARs, GSIs, and MSPs Create and execute partner plans with strategies, goals, and analytics to ensure a metric-driven team Manage a geographically diverse team and collaborate with Executive Leaders to enhance competitive positioning and market execution Required Qualifications Minimum 15 years of Enterprise Sales experience with a successful track record in managing a partner organization Previous experience as VP in a high-growth enterprise SaaS software company Strong analytical skills with a process-driven approach to partner sales Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
