HR Operations Specialist
A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to provide full-cycle HR support with employee onboarding, compliance, and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support the employee onboarding process, including generating offer letters and initiating onboarding tasks
Process background screening requests and respond to verifications of employment
Prepare compliance reports and ensure organizational policies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field; certification or advanced degree is a plus
2-4 years of relevant HR experience
Experience with UKG Pro, E-Verify, and Greenhouse Recruiting preferred
Basic knowledge of business compliance reporting such as AAP and EEO
Thorough knowledge of human resource-related issues and ability to apply Federal/State employment laws
