A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage employee benefits, HRIS, and core HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer various employee benefit programs and lead open enrollment processes
Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity and system enhancements
Support the employee lifecycle, manage leaves of absence, and assist in employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
3-4+ years of progressive HR experience in HR operations, benefits, and HRIS administration
Advanced skills in ADP Workforce Now, including setup and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance reporting
