Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to Plan Sponsors through various communication channels, prioritizing urgent issues
Develop and document scalable processes for ticket handling and knowledge sharing to enhance operational efficiency
Identify trends and share insights with cross-functional teams to improve products and customer experience
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Payroll, Employee Benefits, or HR Tech
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
Interest in financial services and staying updated with industry trends
Strong understanding of technology and experience with customer experience platforms
Experience in communicating customer feedback to improve internal processes and systems
