A company is looking for a Finance Lead for West & Central Africa. Key Responsibilities Oversee month-end reporting activities and ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts Manage local tax filing and reporting, while engaging with accounting advisors in each market Monitor financial processes and controls, advising on necessary improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field Qualified accountant with a minimum of 4 years post-qualified experience Experience in preparing financial statements and working with external auditors Strong IT literacy, particularly with Google Sheets Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential
