Account Services Manager

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and foster client relationships, ensuring continuity of service and strategic initiatives
Manage ongoing projects, deliverables, and key performance goals as outlined by the primary account manager
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of client strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales or account management experience
Proven experience managing projects with engineering, product, and finance teams
Experience in contract and/or pricing negotiations with external senior stakeholders
Ability to conduct requirements gathering using a technical solutioning framework
Consistent over-performance on key metrics in previous roles
