ITSM Administrator
A company is looking for an ITSM Administrator to support the modernization of enterprise service delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize service request workflows using Digital Workplace
Rebuild existing service requests from a legacy environment and manage ITSM administration activities
Provide training and documentation support, and contribute to the internal knowledgebase and process documentation
Required Qualifications
Proven experience designing and creating service requests within the Digital Workplace platform
Familiarity with Remedy ITSM, ideally version 23.x or later
Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and service delivery best practices
Experience maintaining process documentation and internal knowledgebase content
Hands-on experience managing CIs within a CMDB and/or administering SLAs is preferred
