A company is looking for an Account Support Representative to assist with sales and customer support in open territories. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-sales activities including setting appointments and qualifying leads Manage and respond to inbound leads and support renewal business for existing customers Negotiate product quotes and execute add-on sales campaigns Required Qualifications 1+ years' experience in the education field with the ability to influence decision making No direct sales experience required, but willingness to make outbound calls to schools Ability to present materials to audiences via Zoom Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, or liberal arts preferred Highly organized self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
