Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end custom quantitative and qualitative research projects, including proposal design, methodology, and data analysis
Translate research data into actionable insights and recommendations through creative storytelling and visual reports
Build and maintain client relationships while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in consumer insights or research, preferably with a focus on entertainment
B.A./B.S. degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
In-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Strong foundation in custom research, including survey writing and data analysis
Proven experience in client relationship management and strategic guidance
