Agent Network Manager
A company is looking for an Agent Network Manager to enhance agent engagement and program adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Rebuild relationships with agents and enhance engagement in programs
Create and maintain educational materials and scalable outreach templates
Track agent behavior, program usage, and conversion rates while reporting on KPIs
Qualifications
2+ years in account management, sales, or partner enablement
Experience supporting or training external partners, vendors, or agents
Organized and proactive with follow-through capabilities
Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot or Airtable
Real estate industry experience or experience working with licensed agents is highly desirable
