Bilingual Call Center Specialist
A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist, who will provide quality customer service in a remote, part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calls by listening to patient requests and taking appropriate actions, including scheduling appointments and answering medication refill questions
Exemplify high levels of customer service while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency
Perform data entry and maintain knowledge of insurance billing as needed
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Certification with 1 year of experience
Experience in a call center or busy phone system
Electronic appointment scheduling experience
Must have access to reliable, high-speed internet and reside in the United States
