A company is looking for a Coordinator, Appeals Management. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to payers to schedule and follow up on Peer to Peer calls Document information from payer calls and update account statuses in multiple databases Support various functions within the department, including case entry and appeals support Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Call center experience preferred Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial/Managed Care product lines is a plus Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to utilize formulas and manage spreadsheets Accurate keyboard skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
