Key Responsibilities Develop lecture content, learning activities, assignments, and assessments following an instructional plan Create quiz and exam questions in various formats and provide evidence-based rationales Collaborate with instructional designers and academic leadership throughout the course development cycle Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Nursing or a closely related field Active, unencumbered RN license Experience designing PN-level curriculum and instructional content Proficiency with Canvas LMS and best practices for online education Expertise in assessment development, including rubrics and learning outcome alignment
