Key Responsibilities Analyze government RFPs and related documents to determine proposal requirements and compliance needs Provide end-to-end project management for the response process, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders Lead proposal development efforts, including content creation, formatting, and assembling compliant responses Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience writing government proposals, preferably in the public safety or technology sector Strong understanding of the RFP/RFI/RFQ process and government procurement practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with proposal automation tools is a plus Experience in public safety technology solutions preferred
