Armenian Medical Virtual Assistant
A company is looking for an Armenian Speaker Medical Virtual Assistant (Work-from-Home). Key Responsibilities Communicate with patients in English and Armenian, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments Manage medical record documentation and ensure compliance with regulations Perform administrative tasks to support clinic operations and assist with basic billing inquiries Required Qualifications Fluency in Armenian and English (written and verbal) Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related administrative role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a strong plus Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
