A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisition and disposal Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients, coordinating negotiations and tracking transactions Contribute to new products and processes while leading and coaching others in the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered Real Estate salesperson license required Innovative mindset with the ability to develop new methods and solutions In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Expert organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
