Associate Transaction Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Transaction Manager. Key Responsibilities Maintain pipelines, run exceptions reporting, and manage client rebuttals as needed Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for loan purchases, sales, and settlements Create and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and custodians while leveraging technology for reporting and due diligence Required Qualifications Prior experience in a relevant role, preferably within a Due Diligence environment Deep understanding of due diligence scope for various mortgage loans Working knowledge of residential mortgage secondary market transactions Success in consulting with clients and advising multiple stakeholders Demonstrated ability to grow service offerings within existing client relationships
