Patient Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to patients by removing barriers to care and ensuring timely access to medication
Resolve issues related to prescriptions and insurance authorizations while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies while delivering patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
Experience in delivering patient experience or customer support in a healthcare setting, preferably telehealth
Knowledge of patient advocacy, obtaining prior authorizations, and maintaining patient records
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining patient records
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within established procedures
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
