A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment, training, and compliance within a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and off-boarding processes
Develop and administer compensation, payroll, and benefits strategies
Design and implement performance evaluation systems for staff and consultants
Qualifications and Attributes
At least ten years of experience in human resources within nonprofit or NGO sectors
Familiarity with human resource laws and regulations in the U.S. and other countries
Exceptional planning and project management skills
High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
Bachelor's degree required
