Automation and AI Specialist

A company is looking for an Automation, Integration & AI Specialist. Key Responsibilities Lead the redesign of Sales workflow and tech stack, identifying inefficiencies and architecting automations Extend automation efforts to Recruiting, Operations, and Delivery, standardizing high-volume processes Integrate tools and build dashboards to track KPIs across functions, ensuring data flow and performance visibility Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in RevOps, TechOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, or similar roles focused on automation and system integration Strong command of tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, Node.js preferred) Familiarity with sales outreach tools and recruiting systems is a plus Experience with AI tools or interest in operationalizing them across functions is a significant advantage
