Bilingual Member Care Advocate
A company is looking for a Communities Member Care Advocate - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative, financial, and clinical support to members via phone and chat
Advocate for members' healthcare needs, resolving billing issues and navigating benefits
Document member interactions and contribute to the provider directory for quality assurance
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in English and Spanish with strong writing and verbal skills
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or advocacy
Familiarity with Google Apps, CRM software, and VoIP phone systems
Ability to handle confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Experience in customer service within a healthcare context is preferred
