Bilingual Partnership Development Director

A company is looking for a Bilingual Director of Partnership Development. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new partnerships with VARs, ISVs, Associations, and other referral sources across Canada Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring technical alignment and sales enablement Monitor partner KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement targeted enablement plans Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel development, or strategic sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or POS Proven success in sourcing and scaling high-value partners Strong knowledge of technology ecosystems, including APIs and cloud-based platforms Fluency in both French and English Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
