A company is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team on a part-time contract basis. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including marketing and vendor agreements Support multiple apparel brands entering the US market and manage athlete/influencer contracts Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct legal research to provide practical legal opinions Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in commercial law, preferably in the apparel or sporting goods industry Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance issues Familiarity with regulatory issues, including sustainable packaging Ability to work independently through the redlining process and collaborate with external legal partners Some exposure to data privacy matters is preferred
