Key Responsibilities Support the innovation and communication team in developing and implementing internal marketing initiatives Execute various creative marketing and communication projects, taking on responsibility for sub-projects Organize and conduct events such as ideapitches, workshops, and meetings, as well as create media content for various platforms Required Qualifications and Education Studying in fields such as International Business, Innovations Management, Media, Communication, or Marketing Initial experience in editorial and design areas, as well as familiarity with social media and content management systems Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and image/video editing software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator) Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in German and good command of English
